UPGRADING DATABASES FROM PROGRESS HELPDESK
If you have previously used the LBE Progress Helpdesk system for Windows 3.x then you can continue to use any existing database files in Trackit without further change.  (If you have MS Access 7.0 then you can  if you wish convert your database files.)  All new database files created in Trackit will be Access 7 compatible.


PAPER SIZES AND REPORTS
The system is now supplied with two .zip files:  rpta4.zip and rpt85.zip.   By default the reports are set up for 8.5 x 11 inch paper. If you use A4 paper then please unzip rpta4.zip.
